says a steak has 63 grams protein in it, so if you had steak 4 times a week, not mentioning everything else that has protein in it(peanut butter, cheese, soy products), you would have over 25 grams a day, you might even have 100+ grams a day... why would you need Whey protein?  
 
and this site shows all the different types of food that have high protein in them

so really, people should NOT be taking Whey protein, not if you have the chance of overloading your liver... 
 
please tell me if i am wrong on any of these things.
