phosphatidylcholine without injection

one of the beauty centers in Egypt claim that they use phosphatidylcholine without injection. in other words, it is applied to the target area in the hman body and then a device emitting some kind of laser or vibrations is used to made the phosphatidylcholine absorbed by the body and in a week the person will lose up to 2.5 kgs and from 3-4 cms of in size. can you please confirm this?
