  1. :-D This is such a great workout, I was trying to do it 7 days a week, but decided 6x a week is enough. I've lost 8.4 lbs. and I look in the mirror and can see so many things happening to my body, it's almost unreal. I do not diet, but my meals are healthy and delicious. I didn't give up my wine and this workout and me are one in the same. I can get my workout party on everyday and it feels like I'm having a party everyday, too! Now I know I'll reach my goal and stay there!
