How Turbo Fire Works
Turbo Fire combines short spurts of intense cardio with quick recovery periods. The purpose of this is to “fire up” your metabolism. What is the Difference between Regular Cardio and Turbo Fire HIIT?
A regular cardiovascular workout session will work your body at an unvarying intensity. During the workout, your body will enter a constant state. In this state, your body will adapt to the speed at which you are going and conserve energy.
With TurboFire HIIT, your body will not enter into this constant state. When your body is kept out of this constant state, then your body is able to burn more total calories in less time. HIIT training with TurboFire can raise your heart rate faster, as well as your metabolism for a longer period of time after your workout.
Is Turbo Fire effective for Fat Loss?
Because TurboFire uses HIIT cardio, it is effective at fat loss. This is because when you do HIIT, then you are working your body at its maximum effort.
