Brooke Burke is popular for many reasons, but is widely known for winning the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars and then later becoming the co-host of this TV program.  She also hosted the summer reality show Rock Star, a singing competition and She’s Got the Look, a modeling competition show for women over 35.

Transform your Body with Brooke Burke – The Program

There are two fitness DVDs available at this time.  These are:    Transform your Body with Brooke Burke: Strengthen and Condition, which focuses on your core muscles and Transform your Body with Brooke Burke:  Tone and Tighten, which helps to sculpt and define your muscles.  Each DVD consists of the workout and an interview with both Brooke and Gregory.  The only equipment you will need is a pair of dumbbells.

Both DVDs consist of a 45 minute workout targeting three main muscle groups, which are:  the upper body, core, and lower body to achieve a full body workout.   The sections are 15 minutes long.

They are controlled isolation exercises that will tone your body while burning fat.  These exercises are performed for one minute each to the point of exhaustion.  She calls these one minute segments minute madness, which is one of the reasons these workouts are such a success.

Bottom Line

While they both create a full body workout, they also target specific areas that are essential for transforming your body.   The DVDs are intense; however, they include modifications for those at a lower fitness level.

If you are at a lower fitness level, they provide you with a challenge.  This challenge makes the DVDs worth purchasing because you will be able to use them much longer.  Those who are at a higher fitness level will still benefit since they are already at a higher intensity level.
