  1. I have recently had a shoulder reconstruction, is there a program that will help me strip the fat like this one? Or can i simply skip the exercises that put too much pressure on my shoulder?
  2. I wrk on a drilling rig with a 7 and 7 wrk schedule so I will only be able to wrk out every other week is there a schedule of dvds I can do other than this to get the best benefit of getting lean and if so Wat is the schedule of dvds??
  3. If you dont have the recipe guide and what not, if you just eat healthy and at certain times a day will you still loose weight?
  4. Hi there, I was wondering which workout schedule I should choose. I am kinda thin, 176 cm and 58 kgs, so I just want maybe to loose like 3-4 kgs and add some muscles, but the problem is that I am planing to start this program on Monday together with my sister, she have 2 kids and she need lot of weight loose. So we are different, its kinda complicated on which program to choose to exercise together, I'm thinking to choose Classic and to add Cardio starting with week 9 instead of Kenpo? How that sounds? I like cardio, Id like to add it even earlier, but dunno how that will balance my needs with sister's. I thank you in advance for your kind answers. Best Regards, Mihaela
  5. after phase 3 do i start all over again?
  6. @Ron - you will gain muscle mass as you do these exercises. If you are not eating less, than it's possible that you could be adding muscle-mass weight to your current weight. The same thing happens to me when I lift weights and do not diet. Eventually, the added muscle will start burning more calories and you will lose weight. But always watch what you eat.
  7. I hate the kempo! Can I put plyometrics in its place instead, but keep everything else as scheduled?
  8. I noticed in the cardio video it says if I'm doing lean this should be my second workout. I'm in week three but your list says do it only on day 2. Should I be doing cardio x more often?
  9. I hate Yoga! Is it really that important i put polyo it is place.
  10. everyone should not discount the yoga! although yoga is not upbeat, it can sculpt and tone your body like NOTHING else can. don't skimp on the yoga!
  11. Day 5, phase 2 of the recovery week is wrong on this site. It's not Core Syn; it's Cardio X.
  12. In week 2 of lean workout. It's going well and am losing weight, but worry that I'm losing cardio endurance. Should I be adding an additional cardio wokout?
  13. I have been doing p90x for a month now and i have gained 12 lbs!!! I dont know what is going on, but my clothes do fit better. any advise or answer to this? current weight is 250.
  14. @johnny. IN what ways did you mix in the lean? I am having no problem sticking with the p90x. Just wondering where you incorporated the lean workouts in the week. Also while it says I should be at or around 2400 calories a day I would bet I barely make 2k on good days. Is this too low of a calorie intake to add more cardio?
  15. I am 30 days into p90x classic and while I am very happy with the progression so far I had hoped to be a bit leaner and a bit more lighter. I went from 162lb to 155lbs in month one. I thought about mixing in the lean schedule with the classic. For exmaple instead of plyo doing carido X and instead of yoga doing core syn, good idea? Any other suggestions I can lean up more in month 2?
  16. Danille, do not start over. All excerise is just that, excerise. Movement is movement. Muscle confusion is only about doing something different each day. Just pick up and keep going. I've been doing the Lean Plan for 3 wks and I have not stayed in order and I have a rest day in between, or mid-week, instead of 6 days on and 1 off. I do not do Yoga, I do plyometrics instead. I rather the harder challenge. Yoga is just to slow pace for me. I modify whatever and my results are looking really good. Just move, that's all you have to do. BUT do work hard at it. If you want to reduce, do more of the cardio workouts.
  17. Toward the end of week 3, I got this really bad upper respiratory infection and missed almost a week of workouts. Should I just start all over back at week 1? I hate to do that, but I was wondering if that would be my best option? Thanks for any input Danielle
  18. I came across a copy of your P90X work out sheet for the classic work out, but need to modify it a bit because I am taking my rest day out of order. Any way you can send along the work sheet password, or send me one that is not protected? Thanks, Matt
  19. I just started the lean version and once I'm done with this version I'm switching over to classic. Wish me luck lol..
