I am on day 13 of the TMT. I have done only 1 routine a day, and so far I have lost 7 lbs (from 136.5lbs to 129.5). Sweat will drip from me after only 10 minutes (except the Yoga) and I have never worked so hard before in my life. I am a mom of 2 young kids and work full time and have never really consistently worked out. I also tried my best to follow the meal plan but have made substitutions for similar items for what I didn't have on hand. I am now getting used to eating "cleaner" and smaller, more reasonable portions. I will likely try doing at least 2 routines a day starting next week. Tony's great! Good luck everyone!

I'll make this short and sweet.  
 
The 10 mins is an unnecessary gimmick by marketing, and it doesn't have to be. The workouts are obviously edited to fit the schedule and the transitions are rushed. Personally I'd prefer them to call it the 12 minute workout and be more thorough with the descriptions in transition. or 15 minute workout and include the warmup/cooldown. 
 
Moreover, the 10 mins doesn't include warmup and cool down which Tony even says in the workout is important to do every time.  
 
How am I doing? 
 
Ok. I dropped 8 lbs, but I can tell I'm toning up. I haven't really lost any inches, from what I can tell, but I know the tape is moving (Hard to measure yourself). I also haven't dropped a pant size yet (big bummer). 
 
I lose weight on days I eat salad w/ grilled chicken twice, or have a very light dinner. I don't lose weight the other days.  
 
Is it worth it? 
 
Maybe. Still hoping for better results in the next two weeks. Definitely better than a gym membership.

I started the process, dieting for two weeks and 10 min trainer for the last week. The schedule is interesting, but doesn't work some of the things I think I need the most (Abs-upper body) while overworking my strength (legs). 
 
The Cardio routines all work the lower body hard, so you probably could switch up the order of routines and add more of the ones you need and less of the lower body work. I found myself doing upper body twice and abs twice the first week because I didn't think I was working those areas hard enough. The 10 mins are rushed, but good. A lot of overlap and high intensity for certain muscles. I find myself taking longer walks to get more overall fitness work in. You could do the core cardio multiple times a day, but the demand it puts on your legs may be a bit much. A fast walk keeps my heart rate up and seems like a good comprimise to doing the routine a second time.

Today was my first workout on ten minute trainer. I started with Cardio and was so impressed at how quick it was and how much I was sweating that I couldnt wait to do two more dvds- abs and lower body. Ive had personal trainers in the past and compared to this first day, I'd say you can save a tonne of money using Tony Horton as your trainer. Plus, hes extremely entertaining!
