Supreme 90 Day Workout - Read our Reviews

The Supreme 90 Day Workout system, as seen on TV, is designed to give you a lean and “ripped” body in just 90 days.   The concept is based on muscle confusion and is backed by science.  Those who can actually perform the different extreme moves have noticed quick and positive results.

Our Supreme 90 day reviews will cover what is included in your purchase, the pros/positives about the supreme 90 day workout and also the cons/negatives of the workout.  We do see a very close similitary between the supreme 90 day workout vs p90x.  We highly recommend you read about the p90x workout on our website (links below) and our p90x forum and fitness forum is a great asset for even more information.

Supreme 90 Day Workout System - Pros

  • The theory behind this system is muscle confusion.  The routines are set up so that your muscles are continually “guessing” at what they will be doing next, which will challenge your body during the 90 day program and will keep making your body stronger.
  • The concept is backed by science with positive results.  An independent clinical study concluded that 88% of participants shed excess body fat and built lean muscles.
  • The price of this workout program is extremely affordable.  At only $19.99 plus S&H, you will receive the full workout program along with bonus material.
  • The DVDs and the progress tracker give you the motivation to keep moving.  Each DVD is a challenge and offers you something to strive for.  Once you are able to accomplish one DVD, you will be motivated to continue on to see what else you can do.  Keeping track of your progress tracker is an excellent motivator.  Being able to see your progress truly helps in keeping you motivated.
  • Eliminates the usual plateau you see in many other workout programs.  Many times, your body will adjust to what you are doing on a daily basis, and these programs then become ineffective.  With the Supreme 90 Day system, your routine changes which confuses your muscles and does not allow them to become adjusted.
  • The program comes with a nutrition program that is very important to the success of the system.  The New York Times has rated this nutrition book as a best seller.  Users recommend following the plan exactly as written in order to see optimal results.  Combining nutrition with exercise is essential for a healthy transformation.

Supreme 90 Day Workout System - Cons

  • If you have any limitations that will not allow you to perform the positions and movements, then you will not receive the same results as someone who is able to fully perform the movements.  For example, if you cannot move your legs due to arthritis, then this may not be the program for you.  The DVDs get harder as you go along, and you will need to be able to have full mobility.
  • You do need to watch what you eat if you want to see maximum results.  While this may be a con for some people, it is all in the way you perceive it.  Watching what you eat is essential for overall health, and if you are ready to transform your body, you will need to take the steps necessary to do this.

Bottom Line

This workout program comes fully equipped with everything you need to get into shape.  The combination of exercise, nutrition, and the concept behind the routine make this program unique.  If your body is able to do the moves necessary in the DVDs, than the price and the 30 day money back guarantee are worth giving the Supreme 90 Day system a try.

  1. I wish I could post before and after pictures on this comment. I have been using supreme 90 day for 40 days now and my legs, stomach and arms look amazing! After having 2 kids I didnt think I could ever get my stomch back but now Im really looking forward to bikini season! :)
  2. I have done both P90X and Supreme 90. Supreme 90 would be good to do before P90X but it is no where near the intensity of P90X. The routines are better than power 90. You'll get results using Supreme 90. If money is an issue go with Supreme 90. I you are already in pretty good shape and can afford it, go with p90X. Like all things, you get what you pay for.
  3. I just started this workout today and already see it will be a great workout. Im going to cancel my gym membership and start doing it by myself!
  4. This is a well rounded very difficult workout program. It has everything that P90x has yet it is 1/10 of the price and has a lot less of the marketing gimics. Don't be swayed by the p90x marketing machine. This workout is just as good and will give you the same results with a lot less aggrivation. Do it!
  5. Please, this P-90x rip off!!
  6. I gained a lot quick I was 135 now im 155 all muscle
