Introduction
Mike Sorrentino may not be a name well known by a lot of people, but many of those same people would definitely recognize him by his nickname The Situation. He was a breakout star as a result of the Jersey Shore reality television series and ever since that time people have been wondering how he was able to get the body he currently has. The answers are supposedly in the workout DVD that he just released.

A decent overall workout
The first reaction that has to come across your mind when you take a look at this DVD’s contents from an experienced point of view would have to be that overall this is a decent workout DVD. There are five different segments in the workout, each of which is about 15 minutes long.
One thing worth mentioning is that the workout is definitely not an easy one to go through. Getting abs like those that Sorrentino has is by no means an easy task and therefore it would make sense that the workout would give you a lot to think about from an endurance point of view. It is a quick workout, but it is extremely intense compared to average and that means that you could definitely see more returns from this workout than you would from many other workout DVDs of a similar length and with similar exercises.
Not really what it bills itself to be
Now that the good part of this workout DVD has been discussed, it is time to take a closer look at the bad part of it. That bad part, quite simply, is that this workout DVD does not even come close to delivering on what it promises.
The implication is that by doing this workout DVD diligently, you will be able to get abs like The Situation. There is no way that is true. Not only does the anecdotal evidence received from our research team debunk this myth, but it is also rather obvious from taking a look at what is in the workout. Yes, this is a decent workout, but to get abs that are ridiculously ripped you almost need to treat working out like a second job. You need to be diligent and most of all you need to make absolutely sure that you put in the time that is necessary in order to get the results that you want. This workout does not make you do enough to get that result, but it still drives you hard to the wall to get things done.
Final Thoughts
If you are looking for a workout DVD that will give you a decent abdominal workout in less than an hour and a half, this might definitely be one to look at closer. If you want abs like The Situation, his workout DVD is not the workout you want to use to get there. Keep that in mind because if you buy this DVD with the latter goal in mind, you are definitely going to be setting yourself up for disappointment.
