Introduction
The Shrink Your Female Fat Zones DVD is arguably Denise Austin at her best. She will challenge and motivate you throughout the two workouts included with this DVD, but at the end she will get you results if you're willing to work for them. Some people may be intimidated by the sheer frenetic nature of her presence, but there can be no doubting that at the end of the day her personality drives a lot of the positive aspects of this particular workout DVD.

Two workouts in 40 minutes
Like some of her other DVDs, Denise Austin has divided the focal points of this product into two distinct workouts that you can do together or separately depending on what your individual fitness goals may be.
The first of these workouts is 20 minutes long and is essentially designed to boost your metabolism and sculpt a lot of the features that you enjoy. Women will be able to do this workout and sculpt their buttocks, thighs, hips, shoulders, arms, chest and bra lines. There are also some abdominal benefits from doing this workout, although if that is your goal you really want to pay more attention to the second workout that is available. You can even add light (3 pounds or less) weights to the workout in order to make it just a little more intense.
The second workout is also 20 minutes long, but this time it is one that you should do with a stability ball. If you do this workout, your goal will be to target that abdominal cavity and flatten it down to something that you can really be proud of. In fact, you can also target your hips and thighs with the exercises in this workout and tackle three of the biggest problem areas that women usually complain about when they are asked about the difficult areas of the body to tone and sculpt effectively.
Feel good after the workout
Denise Austin will be highly motivational in the way she approaches you as the viewer in this exercise video. At the same time however, she will be urging you to push your limits and get the most out of each exercise that you do. People that have tried this routine have reported that even though they really did push the envelope during the workout, they actually felt reasonably good physically after it. There was some soreness that was to be expected, but overall the recovery from this workout and the transition to the rest of the day has been easier for some to manage with this product than with many of the others on the market.
Final Thoughts
If you are a woman that is starting a fitness routine or looking to switch to a new one as an intermediate, this Denise Austin offering is definitely one that you should look at. If you are already at the advanced stage, this isn't one of her more challenging workouts by any stretch of the imagination. You'll want to look elsewhere in order to find something harder.
