My wife and I have made a commitment to work as a team to get in shape. Ordering the P90X was the best thing we could have ever done to finish what we started. Were in the 1st week of this intense workout and we are sore as you can ever be, but we\'re going to stick it out. It’s so great to be in the comfort of your own home and sweat into a new person. If you want a workout plan to get you in shape and want a challenge to go along with try P90X. I have told all of my friends about the program, because in 30 they will see results. |

Grant, p90x is good for sports and weight gain. Muscle weighs more than fat and with this program you will see the muscle you want. You have two choices: lean or bulk. Also, the plyo video is awesome as far as getting better in any sport. My son who is 11 years old does plyo with me and he has benefitted greatly from it. He plays soccer and he can jump higher, run faster, and play longer than any of his teammates. Just follow the program. |

If there is any injury its a weight falling on your head or pulling a muscle from not doing the exercise correctly. Bottom line is your sore as hell for 3 weeks and your body is begging you to stop but just keep pushing through and in 30 days you will either break or end up at the finish in 90 days. Anyone that gets injured doesnt know how to listen. Sorry people! On the cardio Rahim your crazy for all the working out your doing. Good job. AS for the cardio thing. well I followed the system and I will let my results do the talking. 23 pounds baby! |

The whole cardio thing, too much cardio, yeah there is a such thing! If your looking to bulk up, by over doin your cardio your killing your bodies ability to build that extra muscle. I\'m doing the program my self. I just started this week, I also do an hour of morning cardio everyday added on to the program. I\'m not huge or anything I\'m lookIng to get my body fat down to less than 10 percent! Yeah, the program is intense, u really don\'t need the extra cardio if u work ur absolute hardest! My advice before u start march 1st eat all your favorite junk food because you will be craving it!!!!!! I know I am, anyway if u need support shoot me an email, my name is rahim, best of luck to u! |

I plan on starting this on Monday 3-1-2010 and have read many comments. I have been doing cardio everyday but am concerned about injury as everyone keeps talking about it. There is nothing worse than to get hurt just as you get fired up to change your life. Any suggestions? Also I read that many of you say there isn\'t enough cardio? Would you recomend extra cardio?

To anyone that wants to get in shape no matter what kind of shape your in Beachbody will help you get there. They have the best programs for anyone ready to make a change. A lot gets said about P90x because its been out for 6 years but newer programs made by beachbody are geared for more of the novice person that wants to get into shape again. Adrianna made a good point. She doesnt feel fat but just out of shape. That was me as well. Im 30 and wanted to look 30 not 35. So I worked my tail off and lost 23 pounds and now a firm believer of the programs. good luck everyone |

I have noticed many people asking if they should do this program or not and I say only do it if you can workout 1 hour per day 6 times per wk with 1 day off for 90 days. Every other day is an hour and 15 minutes because they ad Ab Ripper X. I hated going to the gym and found this program through a friend that did it and he got ripped. Therefore I felt the need to do it as well. Oh did I mention that I have 2 kids that are under 2 so dont tell me you cant do it. You can do anything if you put your mind to it. Any fitness program works but the difference is that P90x is extreme with only weights and a pull up bar. No gimmick machine! For more info check out my blog. thanks |

Hi, I am currently 150 lbs, 18 yrs old ,male and have a friend with this program but i read the reviews and most speak of losing weight which is the opposite of what i am wanting..what i am looking for as i have been for a while now is to gain weight i am wanting to put on 12- 25 lbs of muscle over 2 years. With this program is this possible? And what should i expect as far as my first go around in the first 90 days if i go hard everyday consistantly? Thanks Grant |

Hey I\'m about 6\'1\" and 220 pounds. I just recently gained the extra weight when I came to University and stopped focusing so much on sports and more on school. Not only that but with such a tight schedule it was hard to make/eat actual healty foods. I\'ve nevere had a six pack before but I\'ve NEVER been in this bad of shape. I just staryed yesterday and I already feel more alive! After only 1 workout!! This workout is deffinately intense. I would rather run suicides for an hour then do a 16 min abripper x workout =P I\'ll let you know how I make out and thanks to everyone else for all the success stories. These really motivated me to go for it. Thanks guys. |

My husband and I have been doing P90x for a month and a half and have lost 20lbs together. I have already lost inches and feel much more in shape and ALIVE! Our goal was not just to lose weight but to also gain muscle. I can actually finish the Yoga section and do ALL the moves. Not only that, but my running times have improved. We have got 9 other people on the program now and THEY love it. This program speaks for itself and people who don\'t think it\'s intese have obviously never tried it. JUST DO IT! |

Hi Everyone, I recently ordered P90X and can not wait for it to get here. Just have 20-25lbs that I would like to lose and have not heard any bad comments(online or from friends that have used it) about the program until I read what was on here. I was reading through all the responses and comments. I havent used the program yet but am by no means 2nd quessing it because of things MICHAEL has said. It just sounds to me like he is etremely arrogant, and is bothered by his own unsuccessful career as a trainer. After all, if all the things he says were true then why have none of the people on this website heard of him, or is it just a pathetic excuse for a claim to fame.
Get over yourself Michael, and find something constructive to do, your taking up space on this website.
The people on here want feedback from actual P90X users.
Thanks |

Kayla: I am not trying to be mean here.. but if you need to lose 80 pounds then I doubt you\'re in any kind of shape to try p90x. p90x can be pretty demanding and is not something you just throw yourself into, as someone has stated, its pretty easy to get hurt if you\'re body isnt up to the task or if you just dont know what ur doing.
13 pounds in 7 weeks, looks like what you\'re currently doing is working well. If I were in your shoes I would just start out with light workouts and build up from there... |

I talk to people about the results you can get with P90x and they are extreme but the workouts are extreme. Before I did the program I only worked out twice a week and it seriously kicked my butt. If your not actively working out currently then I suggest you use a more novice program and then step up to P90x. I suggest slim in 6 for an older women or RevAbs for a older male. Slim in 6 is a 6 week program that can shed up to 20 ilbs and RevAbs is a 60 day program that will shed about 20-30 lbs of course depending on comittment and diet. |

jamie, again |
I posted a question on here 02/11 just to see if the P90X program would be suitable for me. I have since received the program, and I am doing fair at the workout routines. Here is the thing... NO ONE answered my question really, and thats fine cause you really have to just try and see if your cut out for it. BUT, how do I now stop getting updates? Every 5 minutes it seems like my blackberry is lit up and it is again michael or a response to him. Someone please let me know how to get off this thing. Also, Thanks to those who posted success stories. It is tough but I am doing it too. And I am gonna kick fat\'s ass. |

I\'m a P90X believer; I just started the program 2 weeks ago and lost 20 lbs already. My stamina and endurance levels have increased significantly and this early in the program, I am seeing amazing results already. When you purchase the P90X program, it is recommended that you perform a fitness test (as outlined in the P90X plan) before you begin, to evaluate your current fitness level. If you don\'t meet the criteria set out in the fitness test, they recommend you don\'t start the P90X program right away and start a lower level program like the Power90 program from BeachBody. Once you\'ve worked your way up to the fitness level where you can start the P90X program, I highly recommend it to get to the next level.
As far as comments throughout this blog from \"Michael\", I\'m sure many will agree, the format he uses to get his point across, along with all the spelling and grammar mistakes that litter his message, cannot be taken seriously. It almost seems like the work of a 5th grader, or possibly someone who was not able to pass the fitness test to be able to start the P90X program and reap the great benefits it is remowned for.
Cheers,
Proud P90X supporter. |

I have been in the gym for over a month now and have not seen any chances in my weight, more stamina but no weight lost. i am thinking if i try this p90x that i will see a difference. however, my goal is not to bulk up at all but to only trim inches off |

This workout system is absolutely amazing. If I were to recommend anything, it would definitely be this one. This is for people who are absolutely determined and have the mind set to get in-shape or to get ripped. If you don\'t have both of those, then this may not be for you. But this workout will definitely slap you in the face and get you off your a-s. It guarantees that you will have extreme improvements in 90 days and I\'m only about half way through the program and my results are already amazing. So if you stick to it and eat healthy then you will be in the best shape of your life. GUARANTEED. |

I was 193lbs and did P90x and lost 23 pounds and now I\'m an advocate for the products. I believe that if you stick with any workout you can lose weight but the problem is that most of us don\'t know what were doing at the gym and on what days. You can get ripped if your heart desires but your diet and supplement intake will have to be strict. |

I had my stomach stapled and i got down from 362 lbs to 230 lbs ,now im going to finish with p90x .you know i heard and used to say some of these excuses a lot .if you people go on a treadmill warm up a bit and just take it one step at a time with the p90x it will no doubt work nobody said first day go 100 mph but on flip side you have to move you a-s more then you did in the past if you really want to make changes .when you finally had enough of being big you will realize this does really work .i cant wait to do this program .i will be back on here by summer with a 195lbs weight thats a promise |

P90x works and it gives you excellent results. But people should be careful when using the program. I just finished the P90X classic already couple of days ago. Prior to that I followed the lean program. No doubt the program challenges your body and tones your body. However depends on your overall objective it may not be the right program for you. First the program doesn’t provide enough cardio work and the exercises may generate tremendous results if you lift heavy enough weights. This will work for someone that has strong core (there is a fit test that comes with every box). Someone that doesn’t normally exercise and tries and follows the program is prone to injuries.
Therefore if you need to loose weight and a lot, a fat-burning program will work better for you. Programs like Power90 or Turbo Jam will help you to quickly loose weight and sculpt your body without going crazy. They will also prepare your body to the high levels of intensity that required in the P90X and P90X+.
Many reviewers that used P90X started with P90 years ago and moved to P90X and P90X+ when it was ready.
I started with Slim in 6 about four years ago and lost 10 pounds out of 180. I then moved to P90 and lost additional 10 pounds without changing my diet. My overall fitness also improved. I then stopped for some time and about 8 months ago started the P90X. I see huge improvements on the muscles. I’m at 155 pounds and eat 5-6 small a meals a day (high on protein).
My wife also followed the program with me right after the pregnancy and she is in an excellent shape and great fitness levels.
So for those of you who just start exercising pick something that is moderate and gradually move to P90X. For those who want to loose weight pick P90 or Turbo Jam. P90X is probably not for you.
I’m hooked to beachbody products simply because I enjoy the different types of exercises and the variety and the convenience working from home. But I see Michael’s point too and he has good points.
Good luck and enjoy exercising. Jacob |

1.) Thousands of people have used P90X with great success. The numbers don\'t lie. 2.) I hope know one listens to Micheal, it is obvious that he has not used P90X and most likely has not even watched the videos. Don\'t accept blind crtisism from someone who has only watched a commercial. The truth is in the numbers, people have had great success, and I am one of those people. The program has a VERY STRONG emphasis on form and doing things properly. 3.) Michael says he\'s a personal trainer, which is great, but if a chef tells you that another chef\'s meal was horrible, would you listen to him if he had never tasted it? I DON\'T THINK SO! |

Cellie...no it\'s definitely not for you. Read the Zone. Live the Zone. Go to a doctor to check your health out. Labs, EKG, rule out arthitis. Then go to a sports medicine doctor to rule out any other joint problems. If you are cleared, take some yoga classes, and get some yoga videos, and do them in conjuntion with the Zone and low intensity areobics (walking, low-intensity videos, biking, things like that). Slowly increase the intesity of the areobics (this means doing more work in the same amount of time. For instance: if you can walk around a track 4x in an hour, slowly do it in 59 minutes, then 58, and so on). Wear a heart rate monitor, so you can evaluate you conditioning, and make sure that you are in the proper zone (read up on this point). Then get a trainer to learn safe workout form. That\'s enough for not. One step at a time.

Ryan R. it appears you don\'t know that much about injuries. Once you have one, and it become chronic, you don\'t really ever recover. If you can get the same results without the injury factor, it makes no sense to take the risk. I don\'t just believe, I know that his style is dangerous. I also just don\'t believe, I know that my style is much safer, and I also know the progress you can make with my style is just as fast if not faster. But let me repeat, it\'s not just safer, it\'s much safer. There are things that it seems these informercial style workouts provide. Namely, a sense of some social connection with this huge network of people that say they like or love this or that style of training. Whether they really do or not is not really my concern. Also, I can\'t say what style is more fun, but it would seem that whole concept of these informercial training style promote that they are really fun. Hard work is not fun. You just do it. It would also seem that most people that buy into these emotive infomercial, want to believe you can get something for nothing, or very little work. I mean seriously, I trained my whole life, and have made a massive study of adaption, how much stess can be applied to a system (namely the human body) before it decompensates, exercise form, anatomy of the muscles (origins and insertion) and bones, and have trained hundreds if not thousands of people over many years. I don\'t expect people to go through all of that. It\'s my love. I don\'t love the RN thing, but it pays well. I love training. I can talk for hours and hours about different training theory application. I love it. But people, want to know what I know in 1 hour CD. Sorry, it isn\'t going to happen. They know it, and we all know it. Since I work as an orthopedic RN, working with orthopedic MDs, and joint and muscle trauma from all sources, I see sports injuries all the time. Therefore, I\'m very concerned with prevention. When I see something dangerous, it bothers me. I was just pissed because that commerical keeps coming on, and there\'s a few things in there that Tony states, that are simply not true, and he shows form for some exercises, that are plain dangerous for anyone (those who can get injuried easily, and those who have no injuries). There are a lucky few people that I hear about that never get injuried, but I\'ve never met them. These people supposedly might be able to get away with crappy training form for a short while. Best of luck to them, and also good luck, if they don\'t want to find a safer way. Conclusion, I\'m not going to write here anymore, as I just saw another commerical for the \"Brazil\" ass-lift infomercial. It\'s a brand new exercise informercial. I\'m just going to laugh it off, and that\'s that. My final piece of advice (and I have no vested interest in selling anything at the moment concerning training) is to read Mike Mentzer\'s book Heavy Duty 2, so you can understand more about exercise, stress and recovery than more other people. Yes, even Tony. It\'s not a hard read, if you can make it through the first 30 pages. Mike also has a good video of hsi training, made before he died. It\'s awesome, I wish I was that video years ago. Then get a trainer for a few sessions to learn and reinforce safe form. Good luck finding a good trainer, as most of the trainers I workd with (and there were hundreds), didn\'t know what they were doing. After a few session, if you\'re focused on what you\'re doing, you should understand about safe form. Then read the Zone, and use it as a baseline for a sound diet. Then read up on high intensity cardio training (HIIT), and do some low intensity areobics for recovery. Finally, learn about flexibility, yoga, some pilaties moves, stess reduction, and sleep/biorhythms. I know it\'s alot, but if you do the above, you\'ll be way ahead of the game on understanding organic health than most of the peole on the planet. Best of luck. Signing off.

I am an almost 50 year old woman. I am 5\'3\" tall and weigh 218lbs. I have knee, back and elbow pain. Some of it is due to the excess weight, some to trying to start exercising too much to begin with & hell, for all I know, some from aging. Is this workout for me? |

Michael, if you had actually read some of the comments, instead of just saying \"This is shit!\" then you would have realized that the program isnt for people who are too out of shape or can get injured easily. Its for an extreme workout that burns fat fast, and builds muscle, its the kind of thing to read up on, which you apparently didnt do, I dont care about degrees, or titles, if you dont do the research, then you dont know what your talking about. Your method is slow, and sure, its safe, but also takes a long time to do. P90X is made to work off the fat and gain the muscle, in 90 days, no more, no less, and I know someone who used it, they couldnt lose any weight using your method, it was too slow, even with a healthy diet, they were working out and running and all sorts of things, but nothing worked, he stayed the same no matter what. But then he got P90X, and since it was so extreme, and so challenging for his body, he started melting off that weight and gaining muscle. The program works, and i will support that no matter what. Oh, and he wasnt hurt in the process, except for the normal muscle aches that you get when using them for long periods of time. So how about that, an actual person saying that it works and not a paid actor, I bet you still wont believe me though, seeing a there is a lot of paranoia and skepticism in the world today. |

I just ordered P90X and first of all... I know nothing about exercise. I am way overweight... Like 100 lbs overweight. I hear a lot of people say they are in shape and just do this program for muscle tone. Most all testimony videos are people not as over weight as me... I want to lose bulk weight and get it shape. I also hear that this is too hard for most people to do. Now I am intimidated. I am 25, and ready for a change. I dont care if it makes me to sore to walk. Can it work for people like me? |

Chris...one more thing...thank you for not get too emotional...thumbs up on that one
All i\'m saying is...you get what you pay for...and injuries are expensive.
and you know...that this stuff is dangerous...very much so
i don\'t know what the answer is...either don\'t compromise your principles, but don\'t sell a lot of units, or deal with a small group of serous people, and not make so much
where i work i see the very ugly down side
that\'s it
each of the things i suggest i can\'t go into here...i don\'t have three hours, and i\'d have to write a book
but once again
1. work hard for 30 minutes with weights 2x a week...how ever many sets..and lift progressively more weight each time if you get enough rest 2. don\'t get injury...lift with good form...you need somebody to see you objectively to see your mistakes.. a teach doesn\'t tell you what you are doing right necessarily, they correct your mistakes 3. HIIT training on a stairmaster preferrably...it\'s closed chain, and you can do progressive intensity without falling off the machine like a treadmill...how do you do it...stretch (again this is a separate disipline) for a few minutes to warm up...then 5 minutes warm up on the machine...then 2 or 3 burst of max intensity for 3-5 minutes (i\'m making this really simple, but it works) 4. 3-5x week low intesity work like aerobics or yoga or what ever 5. balanced nutrient dense calorie restricted diet (this is a whole other world of study to make the food aesthetic)
I know you want everything in a video, but it just doesn\'t work that way.
enough said, i\'m tired
thanks for reading

Chris absolutely wrong...Tony is incorrectly describing and mixing up the concept of muscle confusion and intensity. So sorry. I\'m certified too...and I also have two degrees, and studied anatomy for many years. Don\'t miss quote me Chris and read into...you clearly don\'t know what i\'m talking about...losing weight has little to do with exercise if you\'re not eating correctly. Sorry again. You can lose weight simply by not eating enough calories. It\'s the easiest thing in the world. It\'s not the right way to do it, but it can be done. High intensity is integral if trying to maintain Body Mass while trying to loose weight, therefore maintaining optimal BMR. I repeat..Don\'t miss quote me!!! I take this stuff very seriously. And I\'ve seen first hand what unsupervised intensity and sloppy form can easily produce. An injury that\'s life changing and chronic. Now as far a bashing is concerned. If I don\'t like a meal. I don\'t like it. I might say it sucks. It\'s not the nicest thing to say, but it\'s the way I feel. It\'s an emotive statment, but true never the less. You can\'t prove it, but I said. On the other hand: I have a very very very specific and objective criteria though when it comes to training. I follow two simple rules. #1 specific to the exercise (whatever it happens to be, and in a very simple nutshell) perform more work than you did last time. I\'m not going to go into it, because it would take me an hour, but that\'s the concept of increased applied intensity. That is not the same thing as muscle confusion. But that\'s what Tony is suggesting it is. So sorry, it\'s not. Even if you stay with the same exercise over and over. As long as the intensity goes up...the body is \"confused\"...and is forced to adapte to the stress imposed upon it. just blindly changing the exercise doesn\'t automatically do anything...in fact...you lose intensity, because there is a learning curve...and if you train with full on intensity with the new unpracticed movement...you can easily get injuried...i see it everyday...i work as an RN in an orthopedic ward, and work with orthopedic surgeons everyday...and see tons of workout injuries...sorry again...now if you are going promote sloppy, ballist, highly technical (wether you know it or not) plyometric training with no supervision you are either stupid (because you don\'t know how dangerous it is), or you are unethical (because you do know, and are selling it regardless). either way you\'re just selling a load of crap. and after seeing those stupid commericals over and over again, it makes me sick to my stomach that people can easily get hurt. and if you were an accomplished trainer Chris, you would know this stuff. Tony\'s just in it for the money. you can see it... it\'s clear as day.
Do some more reading Chris...and you will come to the same conclusions that I have... 1. Read Mike Mentzers works...most importantly Heavy Duty 2 2. Read the Zone
don\'t blindly follow either, but use them as a baseline, and you will finally be heading the right direction for success and safety.
To conclude...P90X has no threat from me whatsoever...they have all the money, and everybody knows if you throw enough shit on the wall, somethings going to stick...and Tony\'s throwing up plenty...so don\'t worry about him...i\'m more worried about the safety of his unsupervised monstrosity |

I have been on weight watchers for about 7 weeks and have lost about 13 pounds that is without pretty much any workout, I wanted to know if I could use the weight watchers plan in combo with the p90X system because I really like the structure and having to be accountable for my weight loss/gain each week, or would the nutrition plan kinda of go hand in hand with low calorie/fat and increased fiber as weight watchers encourages? I need to lose 80 pounds too so I really want something to help especially before my husband gets back from his deployment, I just don\'t know what to do, how long are the workouts? |
i think it sucks! tony is full of shit. the workout is dangerous, and just because you change the exercises, doesn\'t mean you have enough intensity to make changes. and even if you have enough intensity, then you can easily get injured. anyone can lose weight on a good maintainence calorie diet, with workingout with weights hard 30 minutes 2x a week, hiit cardio training once a week, low intensity arobics 3x a week for an hour, and having good enough form not to get injuried (something this program can\'t guarantte, sorry). either very unethical tony, or very very stupid. either way the program is a bunch of crap. stick to the basics, and learn good form from somebody who knows what good form is in real time, not on a CD. don\'t be cheap, it\'s your health we\'re talking about. not just another hyped up bullshit program with actors getting paid to say whatever. lowest rating to this program for being totally unethical or stupid or both.

First off lets go at this as professional as possible. No need to bash, everyone has their own opinions and I do respect yours even though I disagree.
There is plenty on \"intensity\" in p90x, If I understand your definition of needed intensity
just because you change the exercises, doesn\'t mean you have enough intensity to make changes. and even if you have enough intensity, then you can easily get injured.
So you are saying in order to lose weight or to make the change you have to workout at a intensity level that you can easily get hurt? This is completely wrong, everyone has a different intensity level and Tony actually encourages you to find your intensity level, this is why working out with a heart rate monitor is suggested. This is also why each person in the p90x videos is working out at a different intensity level. You have a person who works out at a lower intensity level showing you how to do modified moves to help you compensate, you have a person working out at the \"normal\" intensity level and you have someone working out in the higher more extreme intensity level.
You are 100% correct saying that everyone can loose weight on a maintenance caloric diet & working out. Here is the problem with that, not everyone can afford a personal trainer to design this type of program for them. I know you say
don\'t be cheap, it\'s your health we\'re talking about. not just another hyped up bullshit program
Also I know someone can design their own program themselves without the help of anyone, here in-lies another problem time and research, not to mention trail and error. I worked out in a GYM for years trying different workout program here and their designed by a lot of accredited people, but I was just not getting the results. P90X is structured, there is no guess work, from start to finish everything you need to know is laid out for you. From the time you should take with each exercise to the break between each exercise. To how much you should eat, when you should eat and what you should eat, there is ZERO guess work. What you are proposing is figuring it all out on your own, with tons of guess work.
What kind of workouts with weights? 2x a week? How many sets per workout set? per week? How long of a break in between sets? How many Reps per set?
What kind of Hiit Cardio once a week? How long?
Do you see a pattern? This is exactly why p90x has worked for so many people and still continues to work for so many people. Is it easy heck no, but there is no guess work and it\'s proven to work if you can follow it. There is a solid reason why p90x is the most popular best selling fitness program in the world, simple answer it works and it works damn well.

I could be wrong Michael,
but when researching I read that to do this program you should already be in shape...if not you need to start out on something else. So maybe whoever got hurt did so because they were not cut out for that kind of activity?? |

My brother is using the p90x diet and workout routine for weight loss. He has been on it for just over 1 month and has had some very good results. It seems that he spends alot of time though and I am very tight on time. Is there a short version that will work for me/

I just brought P90X and I hope that this works for me. I have been always active but after having my third child the weight seems to just pile on. I\'m 33 yrs old about 5\'2\" weighting about 160 lbs. This is too heavy for me. I just became lazy and my husband notice this. I\'m doing this for him and my health. Wish me luck! |

hey guys I just got done watching the infomercial for P90X. I am 18 and having been struggling with weight all my life. I am 5\'3 and almost up to 200lbs. Do you think if I buy P90X, that I will be thin and fit like I want to be as long as I follow everything like it shows? Please let me know |

Hey... this is something I am really looking into purchasing. I don\'t think I look terrible right now, but I wouldn\'t mind losing 10-15 pounds and a pant size (maybe two). Basically I\'m not fat, but I don\'t want to get there either. My concern with P90X is I don\'t want to look \"ripped\". I am a female and do like looking tone and having lean muscle, but I afraid it will make my muscles too big, like some of the people on the commercials. Can anyone give me their input? |

Amy, I would try to do less running and focus more on just P90x. and see how you do with that. you might be overtraining and not getting in enough calories. if you are doing all the stuff you are saying that 1000-1200 calories is not enought calories !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Yes trying to loose the eleven pounds I gained while doing P90X. When I started this program I was 123 and ended at 134 :( I have been underweight for awhile - went to Iraq for a year and was under 100 pounds when I returned and have been slowly gaining and got to 123 and was comfy there, but then put on that eleven pounds and felt out of the norm for me. I have gotten five pounds off since I stopped the P90X by running and lifting moderate weights. |

Amy,
I am confused by your posts. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? From what you post, you seem to think that you are overweight. Is this right? You are trying to lose weight? |
