Introduction
If you know Pilates, Mari Winsor is definitely a name you should
recognize. She used to be a dancer but is now a Pilates instructor.
In fact, she is probably one of the most celebrated names in the pilates fitness world. After writing three books on the subject of
Pilates workouts, "Mari Winsor : Pilates" is her first of many of her successful DVD
workouts.
