  2. I never heard most of those exercise program but one method that I know will burn fat is interval full body workout with weights. In this exercise you will train the entire body with only one set on each exercise but with only 30 seconds of rest between each exercise. It is not easy but it will grow muscle fast and these muscle will increase the metabolic rate which means the body will burn calories faster even when the body is resting.
