But before you dismiss this particular fitness program as a possible scam, it actually comes with a good reputation and background. The Brazil Butt Lift was created by Leandro Carvalho – a well known trainer from Brazil. Aside from reputation, Brazil Butt Lift is an impressive product that can help those who want to shape their body. The program comes with 3 DVDs that contain various types of workouts and all of them are geared towards a sexier body.The product also comes with booklets and the most interesting among them is the Booty Makeover Guide. This booklet will allow users to identify their body type and what they can do to sculpt their body. With this booklet, users can have their customized training and achieve the body they want. Most weight loss products in this category usually push for a single exercise program which leaves some disappointed with the results since not everyone has the same body type.

Complementing the booklet is the Triangle Training Workout Cards. These are basically instructional cards that can be used at home or during travel. The cards are very informative as it details the exact workout you need to do and how it would affect your body. There are 12 exercises and each will have a significant effect on the body. While it sounds good on paper, it is actually dangerous in real life. Losing more than two pounds per week is very dangerous since nutrients that are important to the body could be flushed out. Complementing the plan are the exact recipes of the food that you need to eat. If you want to try this plan, better check out with your doctor first to determine if your body can take the drastic change in weight.

So with all these, will you achieve the body you want? Yes, but it’s a very challenging set of workouts. If you don’t have previous experience doing intense workouts at a gym, you should be very patient in working with the program. But for those who have been working out, this can be a perfect supplement for a trimmer body. Although the presence of “Slimdown Plan” can reduce the product to a quick weight loss scheme, other components can actually work and will help those who wanted to be sexier. Through this program, you don’t need to go to the doctor for a butt lift or take pills just to reach the body form you want.

  1. This is not a get thin workout. It is exactly what it says: Brazil Butt Lift. I did it for two cycles. I did the slim and shape and then the combination to maintain. It is difficult, but really does what it says! It totally lifts the butt and tones the thighs and hips. You probably will NOT lose weight, in fact, I gained mass. But...in a good way. I now have a full, toned, uplifted butt that looks awesome in dresses, skirts. I did have to go up a size in pants because of my new booty. :) But....it's what I wanted. What's sexier? A saggy, thin butt or one that is sculpted, lean muscle with an amazing shape? I'm going for the full, up and at 'em butt checks for sure. My boyfriend commented on my new booty before I even asked him about it. I still do the workouts, but alternate them now with The Firm (which is awesome, just ordered the new Firm Express; their videos ALWAYS work and give you that long and lean look without bulk...I'll keep that bulk in my behind, though....;)) and 5 mile walks with daily yoga. Yoga is amazing, too, if you've never tried. If you want totally long and lean without bulk at all, you should do yoga. It's not easy, and not really that relaxing if you've never done it because you'll have to master the poses, but it will transform your body into one of a dancer. :)

  3. I've started school again this year, so my schedule is going to be very busy, as I've been researching which would be the best kind of program to work with, since I've got a lot of work to do. I'm 175 pounds and I used to be 200 a year ago, before I started doing walks in the morning during the summer. I've been thinking about this program since my body can cut down weight fast given the right food and exercise. I just on't have time to take a 2 hour walk anymore though.   4. Although many models are anorexic and bulimic, starving yourself does not give you a perfect butt. This program does help shape and lift and build a nicer butt. It is hard, but very fun.
