Booty Slide vs. Brazil Butt Lift - Reviews Which Is Best For You

Booty Slide by Rebecca Kordecki is similar to the renowned butt-lifting workout Brazil Butt Lift.  There are also many differences.  We will explore the facts about each system to help you determine which program will be the most beneficial for you.

Concept

The programs both use body resistance moves to strengthen muscles naturally.  Booty Slide does not appear to have a unique or special name for the techniques it uses to strengthen your core and buttocks.  However, it does use proven concepts, such as:  yoga, HIIT (high intensity interval training), slide training, aerobics, pilates, and dance.

Booty Slide emphasizes its zero impact movements, which help to reduce the risk of injuries.   This zero impact workout helps to improve joint integrity and can help to reduce back pain.  This is extremely important for those suffering from any type of joint or pain discomfort.

Brazil Butt Lift has a special technique called TriAngle Training.  TriAngle Training involves working the three major buttock muscles, which are the gluteus maximus muscle, gluteus medius muscle, and the gluteus minimus muscle.   The idea is to work these muscles from angles.  This will lift, firm, and shape these muscles without adding bulk to the thighs.

P90X2 Ab Ripper X Workout Concept and Benefits

X2 Ab Ripper is the 12th DVD and final workout included in the P90X2 90-day home fitness program that lasts approximately 17 minutes.  While the X2 Ab Ripper comes on its own DVD, you will find the exact same workout at the tail end of other workout P90X2 DVDs.  These include:  X2 Total Body, Chest + Back + Balance, X2 Shoulders + Arms, and Base + Back.

The Concept:  Isometrics

Isometric exercises involve contracting your muscles without any joint movement.  Core engagement is the focus of this workout, not momentum.  Your muscles generate force (contraction) when they shorten, lengthen, and even when they remain the same length.
