It is also one of the best-selling workouts available for kettlebells and for that reason it has been tried and approved by millions of people around the world. If you ever wanted a kettlebell workout that would pump up your muscles to levels that you only dreamed of before, this is definitely the workout to do it. The Kettlebell Goddess Workout
This workout is the most popular product amongst women that do kettlebell exercises. The main reason for this has to do with the fact that the exercises in this workout DVD are specifically targeted towards women. To that end, there are many exercises in here that deal with things like endurance and flexibility, two aspects of personal fitness that are very important to women. Of course, kettlebell workouts are primarily designed for strength training and therefore this workout will also allow women to get a lot of strength in their muscles at the same time that they build up endurance and flexibility. The Goddess Workout is easily the total package and in a nutshell that is why it has become so popular amongst women today.

Kettlebell Bootcamp
This “Power Body” course with Angie Miller was released just earlier this year and has already received many compliments from different people that have tried it out. The main reason for this is perhaps the no-nonsense approach to the kettlebell that this particular DVD puts forth. One thing that you are not going to get from this workout is a lot of sugar-coating, even if you are a beginner. This course does have levels for beginner, intermediate and advanced workout enthusiasts, but at the same time in all three you are going to have your nose to the wire working your own body into much better shape. It is straightforward and to the point, two aspects that many people absolutely love in exercise DVDs. For that reason, this bootcamp makes it into the third spot on our top ten list.

Kettlebell Calorie Burner
This workout was developed by Gin Miller and follows the premise that you can do more than just the same old strength-training exercises with kettlebells. For the longest time, it was assumed that kettlebells were great for strength and not so great for just about anything else. With so many other exercise aids available out there, there didn’t seem to be a huge market for other types of exercises with kettlebells. It took someone with the stature of Gin Miller to come along and really prove everybody wrong with this particular workout. Sure it focuses on strength somewhat, but there is a lot of stability and core building through reactive exercise resistance. It is an interesting concept and one that has definitely won over a lot of converters that might otherwise have gone to other exercise forms for those particular attributes.

Absolute Beginner 3-in-1
This is a great product for the beginners, as the name implies. For many people, kettlebells are still relatively new things. We know dumbbells, we know medicine balls and we know resistance bands. However, kettlebells are still somewhat new to a lot of people. If you are someone that really has never heard of a kettlebell before, this is a great workout for you. Even if you have heard of it before, this is a great workout for you if you have never done kettlebell exercises before. Using a relatively lightweight kettlebell, this DVD will get you working out and understanding how these exercises are supposed to help. Once you get them down, you will then be ready for an upgrade to one of the other DVDs on our top ten list.

Extreme Kettlebell Workout
Here is another kettlebell workout that is not necessarily for the curious. It is for the serious and it features Steve Cotter. That is a name that fitness buffs might not recognize, but martial arts enthusiasts certainly will. He is one of the most successful martial artists in the North American history of the discipline and he brings his fitness talents to your living room with this particular workout routine. It is one that requires a lot of time and dedication, but in return for that he will definitely produce results. You’ll love how your body looks even after just two weeks on this workout because you’ll be able to notice the very impressive changes that are taking place right away.

The Art of Strength
The Art of Strength is an interesting workout for the kettlebells for the simple reason that it gives you a lot of choice. There are some ways to do beginner workouts that actually allow you to stick to those workouts and continue up the ladder to intermediate and advanced workouts. You will be using virtually the same exercise technique throughout and that is definitely something that is a point in favour of this particular workout program. That having been said, there is also a somewhat steep learning curve to this strength training workout and that is why it has not placed higher on our list of the top ten. It will produce results though and that is what we are most interested in when doing these particular rankings.

Powerbody
Powerbody is very similar to The Art of Strength in the sense that it is a hardcore workout that can do some amazing things for your body if you are willing to put in the time it takes to actually learn and then master all of the workout exercises contained within this DVD package. It features Phil Ross teaching you how to use the kettlebell in the style of the Russian workouts that have been legendary for so long as being some of the most effective kettlebell workouts in the history of the discipline.

Kettlebell Lifting I
Before you can actually go ahead and start mastering the art of the kettlebell in any workout, you should really know proper exercise technique. When dealing with something like a kettlebell, the temptation is to use it like you would use a dumbbell. As this guide to kettlebell lifting will tell you, that is absolutely incorrect. Part of being a good fitness enthusiast is understanding exactly how to best use the tools that are given to you. This handy DVD guide will allow you to master the use of the tool so that you can later go on and master the workouts that use the tool. While not especially necessary for most of the workouts out there, the more intense ones would benefit from you knowing exactly how to use the kettlebell before you embark on them.

Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting
Rounding out the list of top ten is a bit of a different submission. The other nine workouts on this list are specific workouts that are designed to target a specific area or areas or alternatively to help you with a particular element of fitness. This DVD, as the name implies, is an encyclopedia. Rather than doing something specific like the other nine workouts, it is here to exist as a reference regarding all of the main kettlebell lifting exercises that you can do. For anyone that would like to simply pick and choose their workout exercises from a list, this is definitely the best product of the ten. Since most people prefer a structured workout however, we have placed this at the bottom of the list.
