Monster Energy Drink Review
Last Updated ( Saturday, 24 October 2009 )

Overview

Monster Energy Drink can often be associated with people who are active in sports and exercise. It comes in several different varieties. First would be the original. Next, would be the so-called Lo-carb in which the carbohydrates and the calories from the original were reduced. Third would be Khaos which is mixed with natural juices, then Assault which somehow changed the packaging design by adding a camouflage design. Last three would be the M-80 which is mixed with tropical juices, Mixxd which is also mixed with some juices, and lastly would be the Import which also has lesser calories. As you can see, the Monster energy drink is well-suited for people who are concerned about caloric intake and those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I really like these drinks. I drink the Mixxed that's Grape Flavored. It suppressed my appetite and gave me energy throughout the day. I drink one a day. They are so good
2. A far better alternative is little known

For many people, energy drinks are mis-named in that while they do create some immediate energy, they leave your body worse off than in the beginning. This Monster drink may be better than some but as the article states, still contains sucrose and glucose.

It’s really hard to find one that will do the job but is actually healthy for you and has the research to prove it. I found one such exception.

I doubt most will buy it, because it’s not found in stores and doesn’t come in a bottle- but I’m not concerned with what most people do.

At 52, I find this stuff amazing and now that I found it, I kind of feel sorry for the masses that won’t go past their store isle to find something really exceptional.

This was just released in Sept 1st of this year. http://focusuponline.com
