Introduction The FRS energy drink was designed specifically for the purpose of allowing you to get an energy boost throughout the day. The FRS drink was originally conceived of as being a drink that you could use just before a workout in order to get a really good effort in, but the creators eventually realized that marketing to a general audience was likely to boost sales and for that reason FRS was reborn as a general energy drink. The makers of FRS energy laud it as being one of the best energy drinks around because it is only 15 calories in a single serving, yet contains the antioxidant and energy-booting prowess of eating several servings of fruits and/or vegetables. Something like that is generally too good to be true, so let’s take a closer look in a series of sectional FRS reviews to see just what it’s all about. See also our Energy Drink FAQ .
List of FRS IngredientsAccording to the FRS packaging, the main ingredient in the energy drink is water, although it also comes with concentrate from both grape juice and orange juice. In addition to that, you can expect it to contain green tea extract, locust bean gum and Arabic gum, ascorbic acid, quercetin, citric acid, natural flavors and inulin. As far as the vitamins are concerned, this drink will furnish you with Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and E, as well as sucralose, caffeine and beta-carotene added in for good measure.
Initial Reactions to FRSWhen you first take a look at the ingredient list for the FRS healthy energy drink, the appropriate first reaction is WOW. There are very few energy drinks on the market today that are willing to load their drink up with as many healthy ingredients as this one seems to have and while the amounts of the ingredients are not disclosed in their entirety, the fact that they are even present in the first place is something that is quite encouraging within a marketplace that generally tries to get away with a few important ingredients and many unimportant ones.
The presence of quercetin is of some concern. This is not because of the ingredient itself, as it is a powerful antioxidant that is certainly worthwhile to include in your diet. However, quercetin does not tend to work very well with statins and can often inhibit their effectiveness, which makes it a terrible ingredient for someone to use if they are taking statins at the time. An example of a statin is Lipitor, a drug that is used by many people to help regulate their cholesterol levels. If you are using a similar product, it is strongly recommended that you do not take FRS health energy drink because of the high quercetin level it contains.
Empirical ObservationsOur personnel have been looking through the empirical observations that have come from the use of this particular product and they have made a number of interesting observations. Some of these are good and some of them are bad, but they will all be extremely useful in helping you craft your final opinion regarding this particular product.
For starters, it appears as though the vast majority of people that have taken the drug in these studies have benefited greatly from it. In other words, the benefits that the creators of FRS health energy drink promise are benefits that can be found with a statistical significance inside populations on which the drink was tested. Many people found that the energy drink was able to help them through long days and that it allowed them to at the same time get a good night’s sleep at regular intervals throughout the day, something that created a positive feedback cycle in the energy level they had at the start of each specific day.
That having been said however, there is evidence that FRS health energy drink is a bit of a “pile on” substance. That means that it tends to accentuate the trends of energy within the body no matter where they happen to be. There were people using the product that found that its effects were more pronounced when their own natural energy levels were high and were less pronounced when their own natural energy levels were low. This was found in a very small percentage of cases and for that reason it is not expected that the general reaction to the FRS health energy drink would be this one. It is however something that should be considered and provides people with something to think about as they are making their final purchase decision.
One final empirical observation is one that is not particularly surprising given the ingredients list, but nevertheless is something very important to share. FRS health energy drink does appear to boost a person’s metabolism by a significant amount. Considering the ingredients list reads like a few helpings of fruit, this is perhaps not that surprising. If you take the recommended dosage of 1-2 drinks per day of the FRS health energy drink, you are likely to find that your metabolism does increase by a significant amount, allowing you to better take in other foods that you might eat. The addition of something like caffeine has the effect of enhancing that particular trend, which is something that everyone should appreciate since caffeine is an ingredient that is used in almost every energy drink that is currently manufactured.
Final Thoughts About FRS Health Energy DrinkThe initial reaction that you might have to the FRS health energy drink is one that is overwhelmingly positive, especially when you see the list of ingredients that this particular energy drink has. At the same time however, it is important to step back from this first impression and take an overall look at the drink to see if it is proper for you. Anyone taking a statin will lose more than they will gain from this drink and in the case of others, there might be some contraindications along the lines of what was mentioned above. This drink is not perfect, although for a majority of the drink-taking population it is probably a lot better than most of the others that are available. The challenge is in figuring out whether you are part of the majority or the minority in this case.

Im on my second day of trying it and both days have experienced explosive gas and stomach upset. Im wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and does it go away with continued used.
