Sleep1 Review
|
Sleep1 is a supplement that is designed to help you sleep soundly and because of that contains a number of high powered ingredients that have been known to do just that. These ingredients include a proprietary blend of sleep ingredients such as taurine, phenibut, L-theanine, 5-HTP and melatonin. The entire blend is 728 mg, but the proprietary nature of the formula prevents a more detailed analysis of exactly how effective this particular product might be. On the other hand, there have been studies done on the product that show that it appears to be effective and that is just about the best testimony a product can get in its favor. Other ingredients within the sleep1 package include 10 mg of vitamin B6, 10 mcg of folic acid, 240 mg of magnesium, 30 mg of zinc and 5 mg of bioperine. While these ingredients are good ingredients for the promotion of general health and wellness, it is somewhat confusing as to why they would be included within this particular package. The large amount of magnesium in particular is troubling, as there are many supplements on the internet that have been known to pad their weight classes with large weights of relatively cheap ingredients. Without knowing more about the proprietary blend amounts it is impossible to determine if that is what is going on here, but the large amount of magnesium in this supplement should certainly warrant further investigation before a purchase.

Neuro1 Review
|
The main advantage of Neuro1 is the fact that it has been shown scientifically to improve your memory and your focus when you are in either normal or stressful situations. This actually is quite a bit more positive than it might seem from just that explanation because there are a number of positive side effects from that type of neural improvement including better ability to deal with day-to-day life as well as specific enhanced abilities in high pressure situations such as sporting events, academic tests and important business meetings. All of these situations require mental discipline and the science that has been done on the subject shows that Neuro1 is capable of providing that discipline both in the short term as well as over the long run if you decide to take the supplement continuously for a long period of time. This is partially facilitated by excellent ingredient choices such as vitamins C, E, B6 and B12 as well as elemental products in the form of magnesium, zinc, selenium and sodium. There are some drawbacks to the Neuro1 package however and that is the inclusion of large amounts of calories, fats, cholesterols and carbohydrates in the package. For a person that is athletically inclined and is using this particular treatment for their mental toughness during an athletic competition, great care needs to be taken about whether the Neuro1 supplement is actually a good buy. This is because all four of those categories have the potential to interfere with the diet an athlete is on and unless an athlete makes adjustments to other parts of their diet in order to accommodate this extra surge of molecules, they might end up in a situation where they are taking in more than they are burning off without even knowing that particular problem exists. For a person that is not athletic and is taking this supplement for academic or business purposes, the problem is likely far worse. This is not to say that Neuro1 should not be taken, just that you need to be careful if you choose to take it and integrate it well with the rest of your diet.

Lean1 Review
|
Lean1 is basically your typical dietary supplement on steroids; even though there are no actual steroids in this product (it is completely clean from illegal or unethical substances according to the ingredients list). It is packed full of different high intensity ingredients with vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B6 and B12 leading the way. Those vitamins are followed by many vital elemental ingredients such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, chloride, sodium and potassium. All of these are put forward in amounts that represent anywhere from 2% (in the case of chloride) to 33% (in the case of the vitamins) of your daily recommended intake. With that type of ingredients list, it is not at all surprising that the Lean1 supplement is intended for serious athletes that are looking to build up the perfect physique for their particular competition. That having been said, Lean1 falls into the same traps as Neuro1 in the sense that those good ingredients come with a number of ingredients that will likely require dietary changes in order for proper accommodation. These include the same four categories as with Neuro1: calories, fats, cholesterols and carbohydrates. Once again, it is worthwhile to point out that nobody is suggesting these ingredients are automatically bad. Everyone needs those types of molecules in order for their bodily functions to work and athletes especially need large amounts of calories in order to fuel their activities. However, for an athlete that is on a precise diet, an injection of calories, fats and carbohydrates from a supplement, if unexpected and not accounted for, could end up detracting from the athlete's forward physical progress over the long run. Trainers and athletes should be aware of this potential con and should adjust for it if they plan to utilize any of these three products for an extended period of time. |
Final Thoughts On Nutrtion53
Sleep1, Neuro1 and Lean1 are all potentially excellent products that come with one of the best all-time endorsements imaginable. As long as the athlete understands what they are getting into with these supplements and conditions their entire way of doing things accordingly, they have the potential to add quite a bit to a person's physical and mental prowess.
