BODA Extract Fat Burner Review
Last Updated ( Saturday, 06 February 2010 )

Introduction to BODA

Best Fat Burner with a FREE Trial! Our research on Boda Extract clearly sets itself apart from others as the best far burner on the market today. The fact that boda has great supplemental choices in and of itself is not enough to qualify it for any kind of endorsement in our eyes.  The fact that it has been shown on mainstream media outlets like CNN and NBC, while at the same time making it to major websites like WebMD makes it a bit better. However, what really makes this a great fat burner product is the fact that it uses Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA).Continue reading to learn about how CLA will help you lose weight fast and safe.

Assessing the Strength of Conjugated Linoleic Acid

It's possible to a large degree to actually assess the strength of the overall product based on the strength of its main active ingredient.  This is nothing new and is in fact something that remains true for many of the other products that you can purchase outside of the fat burning field as well.  In the case of BODA, the active ingredient is conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a product that has been tested to death over the last quarter century and found to be one of the best mechanisms for fat burning that we have.  It is not used much either, making it one of the internet’s best kept secrets.

To give you an idea of just how vetted this particular CLA ingredient is, all that needs to be done is to read through a list of the names of the journals that have run articles with positive findings on studies done on CLA.  The Journal of International Medical Research is an example of such a journal.  Other journals include the International Journal of Obesity, Journal of Nutrition, American College of Sports Medicine and American Society of Clinical Nutrition.  In the case of some of these journals and/or organizations, there have been multiple CLA studies over the years that have had positive findings in the end.

Clinical Trials – What are the Actual Results of CLA?

So what exactly are these studies finding out about CLA?  In a nutshell, they are finding out that it is one of the most underrated fat burning substances known to exist because it is easily one of the best kept secrets in the weight loss industry.  Not only does it have the ability to physically reduce the amount of fat that your body stores after each meal, but it also has the ability to increase metabolism and as a result increase the rate at which fat gets burned when it is stored in your body.  The end result is a dual reduction of the overall fat level in your body and therefore some intense fat burning to go along with it.

The main thing for you to realize is that when it comes to these studies that are supportive of CLA, it is not some front group for BODA or some speculative organizations and/or journals that are putting them forward.  Journals like the Journal of International Medical Research are some of the most respected peer-reviewed journals around.  If they say CLA is good, you are getting it from the highest authority on such things.  Because of that, we can assess the fat burning strength of CLA and by extension BODA as being high.

The BODA Fat Burning Process

Even though BODA’s creation is a closely guarded secret by proprietary sources, it is certainly possible to understand the basics of how it works in the body.  BODA does four things specifically.

For starters, it decreases the adipocyte (fat cell) level in the body.  It inhibits the enzyme lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that is known to convert triglycerides (fats) into adipocytes and inhibits fat cell production along those lines.  It also increases the rate at which fat cells are burned by supporting the apoptosis process in your body that is responsible for killing fat cells off.  Finally, it increases the rate at which the fat-burning CPT enzyme is used; once again working it from both ends as far as fat loss is concerned.

Other Benefits

One of the interesting points about BODA that is worth mentioning is that it may actually have benefits beyond weight loss.  The most obvious of these is energy increase, something that comes naturally to people losing fat anyway.

One more exciting benefit is an increased immune response. This claim is still in the testing stage but several BODA users have reported a strengthened immune system.

Conclusion

There are many other things that could be said about BODA, but the space that we have for this review is limited.  In the end, the main thing that you need to know about BODA is that it is certainly the real deal.  With a lot of clinical scientific studies to back it up, one can confidently state that BODA is one of the best fat burning supplements currently available in the fat burner marketplace online.  If you are interested in burning fat and want to purchase a tried, tested and true substance, you should certainly consider going with BODA.

Leslie - It definitely will burn fat and thus lose weight. Conjugated Linoleic Acid was discussed on WebMD.com here. As with all supplements, its just that. It supplements a proper diet and exercise program. No magic pill lets one sit on the couch and eat pizza and lose weight.

I am an avid weight lifter. I'm not 'fat', but would like to take off about 10 pounds that I have gained since about January of 2009. My main focus is to increase my metabolism. Because I don't have much to lose; would BODA still be ok for me to use?
