Introduction to BioLean II Bio Lean II is a supplement for fat burning that has garnered a lot of press attention in recent times because ofits place within the ephedrine-free generation of fat burning products that are now making their way onto the marketplace. The creators of BioLean II argue that it has the ability to do the same positive work as ephedrine products without any of the negative aspects of ephedrine as an ingredient. Without reopening the debate about how real the flaws in ephedrine actually are, we will attempt to ascertain just how effective Bio Lean II happens to be over the rest of this review.
BioLean II IngredientsThere are many different ingredients in Bio Lean II, but most of them are present in amounts that are not nearly enough to allow the supplement to experience the full benefits of having that ingredient on board. In any case, there is really only one ingredient that is necessary to examine to know if this particular supplement works and that ingredient is the ephedrine replacement that this particular supplement has. Instead of ephedrine, BioLean II contains Advantra-Z, one of the multitudes of different ingredients that have been suggested as potential replacements within the market for ephedrine.
As far as the side effects or other potential negative effects are concerned, Advantra-Z does not have them in the same way that ephedrine does. The knock against ephedrine is that it is supposed to be such a powerful metabolic stimulant that many people are unable to handle the other side effects that come with a massive increase in a person’s metabolic rate. Well, Advantra-Z will not have the same effect of stimulation that ephedrine did and for that reason the side effects should logically be lessened. There are no studies at the moment that back this theory up however, so it is ultimately a matter of personal choice as to whether you choose to believe it or not.
That having been said, you cannot simply just choose to believe that Advantra-Z has fewer metabolic side effects than ephedrine. If you choose to believe that, then you must also go the extra mile and understand that the reason that Advantra-Z does have fewer metabolic side effects is that it is not as effective a metabolic stimulant as ephedrine. This means that even if Advantra-Z is gentler vis-à-vis side effects than ephedrine, the trade-off for that is that it is not effective at your overall goal which is burning that fat off your body. There are trade-offs in all things and this is the one you must make if you choose Bio Lean II over a supplement that contains ephedrine.
BioLean II and ThermogenesisOne of the biggest advantages that Bio Lean II has is the fact that it promotes a process known as artificial thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is a process that is executed mostly in warm-blooded mammals whereby heat is produced through some process. Shivering is an example of a thermogenic process because of the fact that shivering creates friction between different muscle groups and that friction ends up releasing energy as heat, making the process thermogenic.
BioLean II promotes artificial thermogenesis which is when the same type of heat is generated through means that do not directly take energy from the human body in order for the process to go through. The increased heat generated by this artificial thermogenesis has been shown through scientific study to be excellent for people looking to control their weight because it has the ability to increase both the core temperature of the body and also the rate of metabolism of the body. This is essentially what Advantra-Z does, but once again it comes up short of the same type of process that is promoted far more effectively by ephedrine, even though the latter has an effect that is sometimes too strong for some people to take.
The BioLean II Bottom LineOne of the major drawbacks to Bio Lean II has already been discussed above and that is quite simply the fact that it includes a simpler form of ephedrine which, while not chemically similar to the infamous compound, nevertheless has milder versions of both the good points and the bad points of it. However, it is perhaps not entirely fair to view that as a negative thing as there are many people that would love to benefit from the good points of ephedrine, but do not really have the necessary physiology to be able to take on such a massive restructuring of their metabolic processes at such a quick rate.
For people that fall into this particular group, the advent of products like BioLean II is probably a godsend as it allows them to once again dip their fingers into the well of fat burning, this time however going at a pace that is much better for their overall health. In fact, there are many pieces of anecdotal evidence that show people greatly enjoying Bio Lean II and products like it for this reason. Some people even plan to use BioLean II until they believe their body can handle ephedrine and then switch over to one of the proven ephedrine fat burning methods such as the stack with ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin.
While such plans at this point in time are largely untested as far as their effectiveness is concerned, the renewed vigor that some people now have to approaching fat burning once again now that non-ephedrine products are serious contenders in the market has to be a good thing for the average person out there looking to lose weight.
So, if you are someone that would like a product that has the ability to help directly burn fat from your body, can be easily administered and does not contain ephedrine, Bio Lean II is definitely a supplement you should take a look at. There are other supplements out there also that are ephedrine-free and reasonably effective, but it is important that you lower your expectations to something below what ephedrine can supply.
